The Board of Directors consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and immediate past president plus up to 8 additional members at large.  

The four officers are elected for two year terms with the President and Vice President being elected in even numbered years and the Secretary and Treasurer elected in odd numbered years.
