How to Register

As of November 2009, you can now register for Gymnastics classes online. To do this:

First select the program from the Recreation Programs menu that you want to register the Gymnast in (for example Kindergym)
Below the program description is the Weekly Program Schedule that lists the available classes for the program.
Select the day and time of the class that you wish to register the Gymnast in (each of the times are clickable). Note if the class is full, you will not be able to select that time. If you want to be wait listed, click Contact Us from the left side menu and let us know what program, date and time and we will notify you of a cancellation.
A summary screen is then presented confirming the selected class
Click on Continue to register for the class or you can select a different time by clicking View other times this program is offered
You need to have an account with us to register, if you have an account, enter your Login and Password, if not click Create a New Account (leave Member Classification as Member)
Press Continue to advance to the next screen
Enter the Participant Information in the online registration form. Mandatory fields are flagged with an asterisk (*) and more information is available for each field if you put your mouse over the question mark ?
You must agree with the waiver to proceed to the next screen.
On the Payment summary screen, click the PAY NOW button to proceed.
You are now in a secure payment session, to pay by credit card click Continue below the VISA, Mastercard logos (you may also pay with a Paypal account by following the login box on the right).
On the PayPal screen, enter your billing information then click Review Order and Confirm.
Click Pay Now to complete payment.
To finish the transaction, click the button Click to complete the Transaction and Return to the Club Site

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, complete the Registration Form, then bring payment to the Yellowknife Gymnastics Office. If you do not make payment within 72 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted from the class. It is also important to note that our office will be closed from December 19th, 2009 to January 3rd, 2010 for the Christmas holidays.

Please Note: Your registration is not complete until you pay your volunteer deposit ($100.00 per session for recrational athletes). This amount can be paid at the gym during office hours any time after you have completed your on line registration, or at your child's first class.
